Refund policy

Since Bodega Chillers are a consumable beverage product, we are unable to process returns. Please do not ship or return any packages without prior notifications.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please follow these steps to request a replacement or refund:

  1. Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery – Please check your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or issues, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof of Damage – Email us at info@bodegachillers.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

Resolution Options – Once we verify the issue, we will offer either:

  • replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
  • refund to your original payment method.
